Who are we looking for?
As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you are extensively trained and experienced in the Salesforce core products. You work with our business analysts and functional consultants to design the system architecture and related specifications. To succeed in this role, you need to be fluent in both Finnish and English due to our client requirements.
You are responsible for delivering a specification to a team of Salesforce administrators and developers to deliver to the solution. You have made the investments needed to develop your extensive level of technical knowledge and certifications achieved. Ideally, you have also completed your Salesforce Technical Architect Certifications.
The main responsibilities of being a Salesforce Technical Architect at Sofigate include the following:
- Understand the full extent of the proposed Salesforce-based solution, integration components, and how they fit into the broader CX and Salesforce architecture.
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
- Be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions that support our customers’ business requirements and drive their key decisions that improve processes and productivity.
- Select the most appropriate technical components and enablers for your Salesforce deployment.
- Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations.
- Design and implement multi-component, multi-cloud solutions and integrations, prepare data for sending to other systems, and process data when it is received.
- Coach and mentor junior technical team members.
